The atmosphere on Main Street this particular weekend is always something special and one of the biggest to-dos of the year! This isn’t your ordinary backyard barbecue. Grilling on Main is a full-fledged, two-day festival celebrating the art of grilling and the spirit of community. Held in charming downtown Minden, Louisiana, the event attracts grill masters from across the region, all vying for the coveted title of Grand Champion!
Contestants grill for their chance to bring home the trophy for best brisket, ribs, and chicken. There is also the Little Grillers competition for children who compete to earn the trophy for best pork chop. It’s an entire family event with something for every member to enjoy.
